Happy Mother’s Day ! or as my daughter is now saying… Happy Kids Day ! So precious, she made breakfast in bed for me this morning, frosted mini-wheat’s and toast

An update on what’s been happening and where the heck I’ve been…

On April 30th we said adios but not goodbye to a very dear man, friend and father, Miguel A. Rodriguez; always in our thoughts and hearts… we miss you pawpaw

(Sat pm)We unpack this weekend after living out of our suitcases for the past month and a half, the laundry mountain yet to be tackled; the lawn is knee high with buttercups (hate to mow that, so pretty) the roses all bursting with buds and blooms, peonies past prime, veggies to be planted and seeds to sow (better late than never), routines to fall back into, so much to catch up on.
(Sun am) It’s raining today… maybe I will pick up the camera … it’s been a while almost a month, not like me. My daughter is busy making ‘ potions ’, her latest… this one changes trees different colors Chris is on the decks mixing tracks…

My in-box/message center is full and screaming. G-mail is giving me a hard time, won’t open and hasn’t since I’ve been gone. I’ll be catching up all month, bare with me once again folks.

While trying to keep my mind off of things this past week or so, I started playing around with my journal, graphics mainly for now, CSS is next. I can never make up my mind with what I like, fickle me; I thought I would go with an APN related theme using various brushes and custom stamps staying within the dA color scheme, while still maintaining a minimalism feel. (This is the ‘Aquatic’ theme, not totally finished yet.) Did I? You tell me, I’m new to all the ‘extra’ goodies CS3 has to offer. Layers and Styles I don’t use when editing photographs, this is all new territory to me.

The rest of my day… hmmm… I get to be lazy… ha… not happening…I can never sit still and just do nothing… I have always got to be busy… die-hard multi-tasker.
